I was hearing shallow voice rendering in my ear which was heavily painful leaving me in a state of sleep paralysis. Her voice projected numerous doubts leaving her in a state of dilemma, YES!! the magical words heard by me were spoken by a girl. Before you jump in to conclusions,it was a girl fetus relaxing in her mother's womb whispering those words. She is just 12 weeks old and more than excited about the world outside until she came to know about her being a GIRL.
Unfortunately she wasn't in the family of well educated and was going to be among some uneducated fools who were thinking a boy in their family would bring grace and glow, It was her 14th week in mother's womb and the words of people in world outside teared her tender heart apart. She felt so cold inside trying to hide her sadness thinking the people outside would hear her voice and kill her knowing that the fetus growing was a girl.
Now she started to think that a girl can do nothing in the world outside and hence she is destined to be killed, after a week she knows about the female contributions to the world. She wanted to be Madam marie curie bringing revolution in the fields of physics and chemistry, but now she knows that education for her was out of thoughts. She wanted to be mother teresa serving the people around her, but now she knows to keep her with them is the last thought her family would have.
No opinions to express and no feelings to consider in life,this state would bring a animal dead and what do you think about the poor girl. Her inventive thoughts were never even considered, She would have been intelligent and her statements would have been intelligible if she lived. But everything in vain, the people in the family soon came to know about her and gifted her a brutal death. She never had a chance to construct her dreams and analyse the world,if being girl was her mistake then take down God because the way world was created is a total blunder.
We hear people writing great quotes about women and giving away speeches to show their genuinity, but it's true that girls get least importance in all aspects. We are still craving some cradles at the end of villages to throw away unwanted girl child and believe me we are living in 21st century. There are no certain steps to change the society because it is the way we have been living and among the many useless cultures we have inherited this is one among them. It's time people know it's classy only when "BEING HUMAN" is a quality not a brand name. Let's reinvent the wheel if necessary to protect save those TENDER HEARTS from been torn apart. :)
